Policies + Preparation

In-person sessions:

  • How best to prepare
    • It is imperative that you complete your intake form at least 24hrs before your scheduled session. Each session is uniquely curated for each client, failure to complete your intake form will lead to the automatic cancellation of your session. 
    • Have light meal (fruits/salad/etc) and tea before our session.
    • Yoga mats will be provided as well as clean blankets, spring water, snacks and writing materials.
    • Dress comfortably (leggings, sweatpants, sweater, socks etc).
    • Reduce or eliminate stimulants and any body-mind-altering substances 24hrs before your session. 
      • *Prescription medications are fine, please be sure to indicate the type of medication in your intake form 
  • How best to prepare
    • Choose a quiet area where you won’t be disturbed for the duration
    • Breathwork/yoga clients, please have a comfortable place for both rest and movement. I recommend having a yoga mat or towel, a light blanket, and pillows/blocks.
    • Have water or non-caffeinated tea on hand to ensure hydration throughout the practice
    • We have designated reflection time, please bring a journal and pen
    • Reduce or eliminate stimulants and any body-mind-altering substances

  • Timing
    • Seminars will start promptly at 2PM. Please plan accordingly to ensure you arrive on time.
    • Seminars will run for 2-4PM, please plan to stay for the full duration to ensure you get the most out of your practice.
    • Please contact us as soon as possible to communicate any changes in your availability or foreseen scheduling challenges
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling 
    • No refunds for any services booked
    • Last-minute cancellations will be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis.
      • With at least 24hr notice, your payment can either be put towards another service or product  
      • No shows will forfeit their payment

Virtual Sessions: 

  • How best to prepare

  • Timing
    • Please be prepared for sessions to last the entire duration, only schedule when you're able to commit to the allotted time. If you are pressed for time, please consider rescheduling.
    • Rescheduling requests with less than 48hrs notice will be subject to a $15 fee
    • You are given a 15 min grace period, failure to show up without a qualifying emergency is subject to cancellation and inability to reschedule 
    • Please contact me at least 24hrs to communicate any changes in your availability or foreseen scheduling challenges

      • Full payment is required when booking
      • Last-minute rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, this can lead to a cancellation of your session at which time payment is not refunded. 
      • Last-minute rescheduling requests may require a $15 fee
