Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the theme, if you have other questions, please just send it to support@halothemes.com
Due to Covid-19, your items may experience shipping delays. Please be patient and allow additional business days for your items to ship. Our customers are important to us, so we are working hard to get all orders out in a timely manner
All items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Bank holidays are not considered business days and should not be included when estimating shipping time.
All items will be shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise.Tracking information will be sent to the email used during time of purchase. Please allow up to 24hrs for tracking details to update after being shipped.
Please double check shipping information before submitting your order. Confirm that the address listed is correct and the apartment number is clearly stated. Notify us immediately via email including your correct shipping information and order number. The sooner we know, the more likely we are able to rectify, and prevent delay of receipt.

In the event that we are not notified and your item has shipped, it will eventually be marked as ‘Undeliverable’ by USPS and returned back to us. Once returned and received, you will get a gift card code totalling the amount of your previous order (minus shipping fees) to replace your purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the new shipping and handling fees.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. In the event that you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within 4 days of receipt.

All lashes can be worn up to 25 times with proper care. Care cards are included with every order.
Carefully remove lashes from packaging and measure to your eyelid
Using a small scissor or nail clipper, cut away the excess lashes
Apply glue to the lash band and wait about 2 minutes for glue to become tacky
Repeat previous step
Apply mascara to your natural lashes to prep for attachment
Using a tweezer, hold your false lash at the middle and carefully place on the center of your lash line
Use your tweezer and carefully attach the both edges of your lashes - voilà

Yoga is for everyone! All postures are modifiable to ensure that everyone is comfortable.
Yes! There are modifications for every posture making yoga accessible for everyone. At the beginning of class I will check in with you to gauge your level of experience and ability. Please speak up if you have any concerns so that I can safely guide you through practice
To be prepared for yoga class please show up with an open mind, a mat, and blocks if needed. In the event that you do not own a mat, please feel free to use a towel or a blanket for padding of the knees. If you do not own blocks, you can use books or food cans for an extra lift. Most importantly, come as you are, do not feel pressured to go shopping just to participate.
All students will be sent a Zoom link 30 minutes before class starts. While it is not mandatory it will be greatly appreciated if all students were to keep their cameras on during class. Being able to see you move through practice will allow me to offer assistance and proper guidance so that we are all moving our body’s safely. Additionally, with cameras on we’ll be able to connect as a virtual community.
Refunds are only allowed if we are notified at least 2 hours before class is scheduled to begin. If we are not notified, your fees will be forfeited.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
